Ningbo HaGa is an enterprise focusing on the production and processing of precision injection molded parts, after years of accumulation and development, the existing functional parts division and spraying division, more than 160 employees, with various types of injection molding machines, ultrasonic, hot melt welding equipment and laser engraving processing production equipment.
The company attaches great importance to the control of product quality and has purchased various measuring equipment to provide strong measurement and experimental support for product development, which has won customers' trust in quality control. In order to better serve our customers, Ningbo HaGa added two new coating production lines in 2018, using semi-automated equipment for spraying and processing of inner and outer handles and various interior and exterior trim parts. There are also plans to build three new automated spraying production lines (process covering PU/UV/water-based paint), which are mainly suitable for spraying processing of high-gloss type
